Non-structural plywood, sometimes known as interior plywood, is more suitable for aesthetic finishes within the home.
To make the non-structural plywood has nice looking, we use B grade veneers as face veneer of the plywood and C grade veneers as back veneer of the plywood.
The features of BC grade veneers as follows:
1.B Grade
An appearance grade face veneer with limited permitted visible knots
and filled splits, suitable for high quality paint finishing & lime washing
however not normally suitable for "clear finishing"
2. C GRADE
A non-appearance grade face veneer with a solid non decorative surface in which all open defects such as holes, knots or splits are filled.It has extremely strong shock resistance and shock absorption performance, and resists fatigue damage caused by cyclical stress;
