As we know the film faced plywood now is widely used in construction because of it is cheap price and acceptable quality.
Finger joint is many small pieces joint together just like our finger.
The first step to make finger joint is gluing (whole piece gluing),in this step we will check if there is any place where is no glued.If some place of the board is no glued,we will fill it.Then We’ll have poplar veneers on the front and back.
After cold press,we will do the core repair.Core repairing mainly to aviod the face veneeer overlap or gap.this is the last step before filming so our workers need to do this step carefully to ensure the flatness of the plywood.
The next step is filming,for easy identification, we have black film,brown film,red and yellow one.So you can choose different film when you are buying.
After thirty or forty minutes hot pressing,cutting ,inspection and packing,the whole process will be fininshed.
