Phenolic plywood, also known as film-faced plywood, is a type of plywood that has been treated with phenolic resin-impregnated film on both sides. This treatment gives the plywood improved durability, water resistance, and a smooth, non-stick surface.

Phenolic plywood is commonly used in construction and other applications where a strong and weather-resistant material is required.

Film faced plywood of high quality is manufactured on the basis of Eucalyptus plywood coated with film made of high density paper,impregnated with phenol-formaldehyde resin.There is a variety of film colors available. Formaldehyde emission level complies with the requirements of E1, EPA TSCA;

2. Medium quality plywood is suitable for the Middle East or Southeast Asia market.

Film faced plywood of high quality is manufactured on the basis of Poplar plywood coated,Melamin glue,you could choose one time or two time hot press;

3.Recycle core film faced plywood for the Middle East

We have two tpyes recycle core film faced plywood:Joint core  and Finger joint core
